A $1.7 Trillion Hole Shaped Like a Latina Founder

There is a $1.7 Trillion hole in the US Economy. 🕳️

And it's shaped exactly like a Latina Founder.

I was running the numbers on my own pre-seed raise, and I stumbled across a statistic that stopped me cold:

If Hispanic female founders were funded at the same rate as men, we would add $1.7 Trillion to the economy.

Trillion. With a T. 💰

But right now?

🔸 Latina Founders only 0.1% - .04% of venture capital

🔸 Neurodivergent Founders don't even have a category in the data (we're the "Invisible Variable")

🔸 Research suggests disabled founders may be up to 400x less likely to secure funding

This isn't a "diversity issue." This is a market failure. 📉

When you ignore the fastest-growing entrepreneurial demographic in the country (Latinas) AND a group proven to launch businesses at 5x the rate of the general population (neurodivergent people), you aren’t just being biased.

You're lighting money on fire. 🔥

I'm not building Pistachio Pay to fix the diversity stats.

I'm building it to capture the value that everyone else is missing.

To the investors looking for alpha:

We are right here.

To the founders in the 0.1%: Keep digging. ⛏️

Money should work with your brain.

Pistachio Pay is being built to reduce the mental load of money management for neurodivergent adults.
